Requirements

To Qualify for the $5000 rebate:

Furnace and Boiler

High Efficiency Furnace $750

Replace a 94% or lower efficiency furnace with a 95% AFUE or higher rated one and receive $750
High Efficiency Boiler $750

Replace an 89% or lower efficiency boiler with a 90% AFUE or higher Energy Star Condensing boiler

Water Heater

Air Sealing

Attic insulation

Basement Insulation

Exterior Wall Insulation
